Business line of credit
Definition
A business line of credit is a revolving limit you can draw against and repay repeatedly, paying only for what is currently drawn.
Unlike a loan, a line is not a single disbursement. You draw when you need to, repay, and the availability is restored. An undrawn line generally costs little to hold, which is what makes it useful for recurring but unpredictable gaps.
